North Carolina Jumps to 7th in USA: Highest Human Trafficking Cases

According to Polaris most recent data release for 2017, the state of North Carolina, which in 2016 was ranked 10th in most Human Trafficking cases reported, has jumped to 7th place. 

As an organization, and as a community, we must ask the question why?
